How RPI Consulting Group Inc. Can Staff Your Medical Clinic Over the Holidays with Locum Physicians

We want our clients to know that we don’t just staff physicians for full-time or part-time jobs. We can source doctors to work at your clinic for locum shifts.

Keep Your Clinic’s Lights On

Now that Thanksgiving is over, the holiday season is coming soon. There are many different holidays and festivities coming up, which means that doctors will want to take time off. Whether it’s for Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas, or New Year’s Day, doctors should be able to spend time with their families and friends. But at the same time, we know that doctors still need to be available to help patients in need. Health challenges don’t simply stop because there’s a holiday!

With this in mind, we have a system in place to staff medical clinics (and every other healthcare facility) for locum shifts. If you need a doctor to work in your clinic for Christmas Day, we have doctors who would gladly work on Christmas. If your clinic would otherwise be closed for the duration of Hanukkah, we have doctors who can work for as long as you need them. It doesn’t matter how short or long you need a doctor; we can keep your clinic open no matter what.

Perfect Integration Into Your Clinic

Our doctors will not only maintain a presence in your clinic during the holidays; they will integrate and adapt perfectly to the way that it runs on a regular basis. Our physician candidates all have practical experience when it comes to relating with patients. You don’t have to worry that your patients may feel uncomfortable with a new doctor. RPI Consulting Group’s physician candidates will mold into exactly what you need.

Our physicians also come from a range of medical specializations, depending on what kind of clinic you own. If your clinic specializes in dermatology, we have dermatologists in our pool of candidates who can immediately address the care of your patients.

Other specialists we can source for you include (but are not limited to):

  • cardiologists
  • immunologists
  • endocrinologists
  • gastroenterologists
  • neurologists

No matter what type of medical specialist you need, we have a candidate who can fill the job. In case you’re wondering how our locum pharmacy rates work, contact us to discuss how competitive our rates can be in your area.

How Doctors Can Indicate Their Availability

If you are an individual doctor who wishes to work through the holidays, or any time outside of your existing work hours, you can also access locum shifts. Doctors who wish to work locum shifts should indicate this on their RPI Consulting Group Inc. profiles. If you don’t currently have an account with RPI Consulting Group Inc, click “Sign Up” on the upper right-hand corner of this page. Once you create your username (your email address) and password, you will be directed through the registration process.

Once this registration has been completed, log in to your profile. On the left side of your profile, select “My Calendar/Contracts” to see your calendar of availability and existing contracts.

On this page, simply click on the check boxes for dates that you would be available for a locum doctor shift. This information is relayed to our account managers so that they can reach out to you about available locum shifts as they become available.

As you can see, our system harmoniously brings locum doctor candidates together with medical clinic clients. Our healthcare recruiting solutions can meet any of your needs.

For any occasion that will take you or your fellow doctors away from your medical clinic, contact us at RPI Consulting Group Inc. We will place physicians who will seamlessly integrate into your clinic’s operations. Likewise, locum doctors can contact us and ask about available shifts.
