HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM RPI + A REMINDER ABOUT YOUR PAY

On behalf of the entire team here at RPI Consulting Group, we would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, and all of the best for the new year!! 2024 has been another great year for RPI, and we couldn’t have done it without your hard work and dedication to Canadian healthcare. We truly hope that you’re proud of your ongoing efforts, and we look forward to continuing to work with you in 2025 and beyond!

We also to remind you that RPI’s office will be closed for the holidays from 12:00 noon on Friday, December 20 until the morning of Tuesday, January 6, when we reopen for the new year at 8:30am. During this time, your Account Manager will not be reachable via email or phone, so please ensure that you’ve discussed any important matters with them prior to noon on December 20. In addition, please remember that we will not be processing any invoices for payment until we reopen on January 6. We will process any invoices when we reopen on January 6, and you can expect to receive you pay for this period 2-5 working days after that. Please do not contact your Account Manager about your pay between December 20 and January 6 as they will be unable to assist you.
