An Important Message to our Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians

On behalf of all of us here at RPI, we want to thank our candidates and all healthcare workers for your hard work during these difficult times. The COVID-19 pandemic is challenging for all of us, and the dedication of healthcare workers across Canada are truly making a positive difference in everyone’s day-to-day lives.

As many of our clients are undergoing a transitional phase during this tumultuous time, we wanted to remind you to update your calendar in your RPI account with your availability. If you’re continuing to work and are looking to pick up some extra shifts, make sure that your calendar reflects your current availability. Alternatively, you can reach out to your Account Manager directly via their cell phone or email address with any questions or concerns you may have – they’re standing by to help you with filling out your availability in your calendar, and anything else you may need.

Additionally, we want to assure all candidates that if you would prefer to not work during this time, this is perfectly acceptable – please don’t feel like you have to work if you’re unwell or simply don’t want to take the risk. Simply remove your availability from your calendar in your RPI account, and once this pandemic has gotten under control, you can update it again and start taking on shifts. Again, we want to stress: don’t force yourself to work if you don’t want to!

We urge you to continue social distancing, washing your hands regularly, and most importantly, stay safe and healthy during this difficult time. We look forward to continuing to work with you, and again, feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions.
