About the Area

The pharmacy we are offering you this opportunity from is in the picturesque Prince George BC area. We can assure you, the northern lights aren’t photoshopped in — it’s all real. You might even be able to catch a glimpse of them when you’re there — consider it ticked off your bucket list!

But that’s not all, the environment itself is rich with wildlife and spectacular biodiversity. This is especially true if you go to Fort George Canyon Park. Naturally occurring whirlpools are something you’ll be able to tell all your friends about when you come back. Pay a visit to Bakerville Historic Town and saunter through farmer’s markets in your free time.

Learn More About the Relief Pharmacist Position

  • You will have the opportunity to spend two weeks in the area, from October 25th to November 15th.
  • The working hours for the pharmacist at this location are as follows: Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • This gives you an ample amount of time to experience the local area and earn well before you head back home.
  • Because you will be entering the season of administering flu shots before winter arrives, the client pharmacy needs you to be injection certified. This is essential!
  • Remember, this is a small town! The population of pretty much all towns in the immediate area are under 100,000 people. With that comes a slower pace of life and an appreciation for building close friendships with visitors and people from the area alike. You’ll be chumming with the locals in no time, making memories and friendships that will last your whole life!
  • With a lower population, you won’t be overwhelmed with incoming scripts or injections each day. Instead
  • You will need to be experienced in the use of the Kroll pharmacy software platform.

Candidate Requirements

  • Of course, you must be licensed to practice pharmacy in the province of British Columbia
  • You must have a Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy.
  • You should have a good standing with the College of Pharmacists Of BC.
  • Excellent communication skills are expected in English.

Your Compensation

  • As a travelling assignment, RPI Consulting Group will pay for your flights and hotel accommodation.
  • You will earn an hourly wage of 45 dollars per hour.
  • You will have to cover your other additional expenses, but this rate of pay will allow you to put some money aside in savings as you work!

We strongly recommend that you apply as soon as possible for this position, as competition is fierce!
