With many forms of communication out there, what is the best way to get in contact with your account manager? In short, the best way is to use the telephone.
Our Account Managers here at RPI Consulting Group can be reached Toll-Free at 1-866-505-3383. The next time that you speak with your account manager, you can request their extension, which will allow you to contact them directly in the future as required. If they are unable to answer the call, go ahead and leave them a voice-mail message. Depending on the time of the day that you call, the account manager you wish to speak with will be able to get back to you in a timely manner. If you are trying to speak with me (Leon) directly, my extension number is 317.
Send An Email
The second best way to get in contact with an account manager is to send an email. Our account managers have access to their e-mails during work hours, and after hours if necessary—we’re always available to help you with any staffing needs that may arise.

You can also reach out to our account managers by sending a SMS text message. Just like emails, all of our recruiters have access to SMS messaging. You can reach out to our account managers on the weekend, as well as during the work week. We know that our pharmacy clients are open on the weekend, so we make a point of being available to assist you on Saturday and Sunday.
