If you’re one of the thousands of pharmacists, pharmacy managers, regulated pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants, registered nurses (RNs), registered practical nurses (RPNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nurse practitioners (NPs), healthcare aides, dietary aides, or personal support workers (PSWs) who joined us last year, we would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU from all of us here at RPI Consulting Group.

You may have found us by accident on Google, or you may have been actively seeking healthcare work and job opportunities, but no matter how our professional relationship began, it’s our hope – our dream – to foster an ongoing relationship with all of you.
A difficult year to remember
There’s no point in sugar-coating it – the majority of 2020, and all of 2021 so far, have been very trying and tough times for Canadians from all walks of life. COVID-19 has truly changed the way in which all of us will live our lives from here on out, but in spite of the trials and tribulations, RPI and our healthcare employees have made a big difference since the onset of the pandemic. Here’s a few noteworthy statistics that we’d like to share about the candidates who have joined us in the last year:
- 47% of nurses have ended up working at least one shift;
- 51% of pharmacists have forged an ongoing professional relationship with us;
- 53% of PSWs and healthcare aides worked regularly for us;
- Of the 12,000+ healthcare workers who found us, more than 50% are continuing to work for us in 2021…and beyond!
The numbers don’t lie – we’ve been blessed to connect with thousands of top-notch healthcare workers over the last year, and we are truly fortunate that the vast majority of you are as dedicated to helping people as we are.
