You’re probably aware that pharmacies and healthcare facilities use RPI Consulting Group Inc. to help place personnel for their relief/locum needs. What you may not be aware of, though, is that RPI also assists pharmacies and healthcare facilities in recruiting permanent full-time and part-time positions. These positions include Pharmacy Assistants, Registered Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Managers, and much more. These placements are achieved through various recruiting methods, such as interviewing candidates within our roster and headhunting candidates outside our roster.

How Does Full-Time/Part-Time Placement Work?

When you, as a Client reach out to RPI Consulting Group to assist you in finding candidates for a permanent healthcare/pharmacy job, a finder’s fee is agreed upon between you and your account manager. This fee includes all expenses involved in recruiting the perfect candidate for this position. The fee is only due when RPI Consulting Group Inc. delivers the result.

Prior to our team commencing the search, an engagement form is sent out to you, acknowledging the business agreement between you and RPI Consulting Group Inc. When this agreement has been acknowledged and signed by both parties, a team of recruiters are assigned to find you the right candidate and evaluate their compatibility with your pharmacy through an intensive interview process.

The Interview

Once the candidate passes through our process successfully, all information is then passed over to you as the Client to evaluate the candidate through a final interview, which can be organized either in person or over the phone.

Once the candidate passes the final interview with you and is hired, you can expect the invoice for the finder’s fee within the first week of the candidate’s employment. This finder’s fee also comes with a 3 month guarantee period. This means that if the employment relationship between you and your newly hired healthcare/pharmacy employee does not work out within 3 months, RPI Consulting Group Inc. will refund you the prorated amount of the finder’s fee, or continue to work on finding you replacement personnel based on your decision.
