AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT RPI’S HOLIDAY HOURS + PAY SCHEDULE

December is officially here, and that also means that the holiday season is upon us once again! Here at RPI Consulting Group, this is generally our busiest month of the year, and all of our success in 2023 wouldn’t be possible without your continued efforts at providing the absolute best healthcare services in Canada. From the entire team, we want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to each and every one of our candidates for your great work this year!

We also wanted to share some important announcements that you’ll want to keep in mind. First and foremost, RPI’s offices will be closed for the holidays from 12:00 noon on Friday, December 22 until the morning of Tuesday, January 2, when we reopen for the new year at 8:30am. During this time, your Account Manager will not be reachable via email or phone, so please ensure that you’ve discussed any important matters with them prior to noon on December 22.

With our offices closed during the holidays, we also will not be processing any invoices for payment until we reopen on January 2 – in the event that you have outstanding pay during this time, you can expect it to be processed in the first week of January. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
