At RPI Consulting Group, we pride ourselves on being Canada’s #1 healthcare staffing firm, and a big part of the great reputation that we’ve built over the years is based on how quickly we pay our independent contractors.
With that being said, we wanted to give a quick reminder that this coming Monday, May 20, is Victoria Day, and the vast majority of banks and financial institutions will be closed that day to reflect this. Due to these closures, you should expect your pay to be a day or two late next week, as unfortunately this is a circumstance beyond our control. So, for example, if your pay usually arrives on Tuesday, it may not arrive next week until Wednesday or Thursday. And if your pay usually arrives on Friday, it may not arrive until the following week. Of course, this will vary from bank to bank, but we wanted to make sure that our contractors are aware of the potential delays.
RPI apologizes for any delays that may occur. Please rest assured that we will do everything we can to get you your pay as quickly as possible, and in fact, we will be verifying hours and doing our accounting work well ahead of time so that any delays will be minimal at most.
