An Update on RPI’s Holiday Office Hours

There’s no doubt that 2021 has been a challenging year for all Canadians, and here at RPI Consulting Group, we’re optimistic that 2022 will be a big improvement across the board! It’s been our honour and privilege to serve the healthcare industry throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and on behalf of our team, we want to wish you, your families and your loved ones a very happy holiday season, including a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We look forward to continuing to serve you in 2022 and beyond.

As December slowly winds down and the holiday season approaches, we wanted to give you a quick update on what our hours will be over the next couple of weeks. Our team will be available assist you during our regular office hours up until 12:00 (noon) on Friday, December 24 (Christmas Eve). We will then be on holiday break from Monday, December 27 until we return to our regular office hours on Tuesday, January 4.

A note about being paid during the holidays

Due to RPI’s offices being closed during the week of December 27, we will unfortunately be unable to process any paycheques during this time. We truly apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but the good news is that when we return to our office hours on Tuesday, January 4, you’ll receive your paycheque for that week as well as the previous week of the 27th. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please feel free to contact your Account Manager directly.
