RPI’s client runs a nursing home near Steinbach, and they’re looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will be able to start working in a full-time role no later than August 22, 2022. You will be expected to work full-time hours between Monday to Friday, working 8 hours shifts with start times varying from 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM. Candidates should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and well in a team environment. We are looking for compassionate and reliable professionals who will be able to provide outstanding care to the home’s residents, and the chosen candidate will be compensated $29 per hour.
What are the requirements?

1-2 years’ of experience in a nursing home or LTC setting is preferred

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work well in a team environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsible, reliable, and compassionate

In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.)

Previous experience with COVID-19 testing preferred, but not required
