Maybe you could feel even more relaxed at the end of the year, knowing that you can conveniently settle back into work after Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Job Duties<\/span><\/h4>\n

  • This pharmacy is situated approximately 3 hours from Saskatoon.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The first part of this relief pharmacist contract starts on Tuesday November 19th and continues until Wednesday December 11th.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • For this first part of the contract, you will work two days per week, on Tuesday and Wednesday.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The second part of this job starts on Monday January 6th, 2020 and continues until Friday January 31st.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Between these dates in January, you will work from Monday to Friday.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • All of these locum pharmacist shifts, from November until January, will take place from 9 AM until 6 PM.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • You will receive a 1 hour unpaid break for each shift.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The primary purpose of this role is to check patient scripts for walk-in patients.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • As the pharmacist, you will process these scripts and procure both more serious prescriptions as well as maintenance drugs.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • You will be expected to provide advice to patients in person in the pharmacy premises as well as over the phone.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • You must manage the workload effectively, so that patients are given their medication in a timely manner.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Consultations will be made from time to time with patients, regarding dosage instructions and drug information (including side effects).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • You will work with the pharmacy computer system to view and manage patient files.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
