And if you want to say goodbye, or that everything is cool, you can say <em>\u201cbeleza!\u201d<\/em> (This is a slang word, which literally means \u201cbeauty.\u201d)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In my career so far, I\u2019ve learned how this friendliness and ability to communicate comfortably with everyone is a real asset. To <em>really<\/em> listen to what people have to say means that you will conduct business more successfully. As Stephen Covey said in his book \u201cThe 7 Habits of Highly Effective People\u201d, you should seek first to understand before being understood. You should also seek \u201cwin-win\u201d situations. In my role as a recruiter here at RPI Consulting Group Inc, I put all of my energy into seeking recruiting solutions that will make everybody win \u2014 both the pharmacy\/medical Clients and our Candidates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I have a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration and Management from George Brown College. I also have a diploma in Marketing Management. When I was in Brazil, I worked as a financial coordinator for one of the country\u2019s largest cement production companies. All of this education and experience has given me the insight to work with all aspects of recruiting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Some of my hobbies include playing soccer and tennis. I like to keep active as much as I possibly can. When I\u2019m relaxing, though, I still like to keep sharp, specifically by reading business books.
