These questions are basically designed to get an understanding of your interest level and how serious you are about working in our Client&#8217;s healthcare facility or pharmacy.<\/p>\n<p>Although we ask certain personal questions, we would never ask you extremely personal questions like your sexual orientation or your family\/financial situation. We ask this question because we want to confirm that you know the precise location of the pharmacy\/healthcare facility, and that you would be able to get there on time. Some of our Clients are located in places that have unreliable public transit options, and so you would need to plan ahead of time for the logistics of getting to work.<\/p>\n<p>On top of that, we might also need to ask if you have a valid driver\u2019s license. The reason we would ask you this is because we may have to provide you with a rental car in order to drive to our Client&#8217;s location. We have pharmacy and healthcare jobs in even the most northern communities of Canada. With these kinds of jobs, driving would be absolutely necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s say you are applying for a position that requires you to relocate completely; for example, you are a pharmacist in Ontario planning to move to British Columbia. In this case, we would ask you why you have decided to move. We would ask if you have started looking for an accommodation in British Columbia. We would ask about whether you are licensed as a pharmacist in BC. We may even ask you how easy is it would be for you to leave your current accommodations. For example, how much notice will you have to give your landlord? We ask this so that we won&#8217;t be surprised later on in the hiring process. As a healthcare and pharmacy recruiting agency, we have a standard of service that needs to be upheld. This is the core reason we ask many questions when we speak with you. We have to make sure that the person we have selected to work is the right fit. We want to know that our Clients&#8217; operations will prosper with the assistance of our candidates.<\/p>\n<p>On top of this, we want you to be truly prepared for work with our Clients. It wouldn&#8217;t be fair to you if we let you go to work in an environment where you were out of your element. It wouldn&#8217;t be right if you were struggling to complete your job duties and made a bad impression with an employer.
