There is the possibility to extend your time working with the client if you are the right candidate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your day-to-day activity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our client needs the pharmacy assistant to be available to work for four weeks starting on September 30<sup>th<\/sup> , until November 1<sup>st<\/sup>. This is excluding October 14<sup>th<\/sup> (Thanksgiving Day).<\/li>\n<li>Working hours are between 9 AM and 5 PM, from Monday to Friday<\/li>\n<li>Process all phone requests in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Along these lines, we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and articulately with customers over the phone.<\/li>\n<li>You will also be expected to take accurate written notes based on your phone and interpersonal communications.<\/li>\n<li>Filling prescriptions and compounding medications.<\/li>\n<li>You will be lifting boxes of up to 30 pounds in weight.<\/li>\n<li>Managing stock and inventory<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating clinical investigations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Skills the Successful Applicant Will Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Manrex bifold cards, Dispill and possibly PacMed would be highly regarded by the client.<\/li>\n<li>Completion of a certification program for pharmacy assistant work would be an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Previous, long-term experience (over 1 year) as a pharmacy assistant is key.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, high volume, demanding work environment.<\/li>\n<li>A demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you will receive in return:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will receive between 16 and 17 dollars per hour.
