It’s been a long year with many proud, successful moments. We want to thank all of our Clients and Candidates for sharing in that success!
The sunlight may be getting more and more scarce as the days go by, but the amount of festive lights have increased. To us, this signals two things: firstly, that we are approaching the end of the year. We’ve come full circle. Secondly, it reminds us that it’s now time to relax a little bit and be with our family and friends. We hope that wherever you are in Canada and however you celebrate, you have lots of family and friends around you. It’s time to celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Boxing Day, and the start of the new year.
But it’s also a time to celebrate all of our big accomplishments. It’s a time to take stock of how far we’ve come since the end of last year; and from there, we ask ourselves, “how can I do even better next year?”
A Fantastic Year
Here at RPI Consulting Group Inc, we’ve had the chance to work with many new Clients who are setting the bar higher in the pharmacy and healthcare industries. Clients who provide world-class services to their patients. We’ve also been given the very gratifying opportunity to develop the business of smaller pharmacies that are just starting out. Working alongside our Clients and seeing them prosper is a real pleasure for all of our account management and pharmacy/healthcare staffing team.
Our Candidates are another necessary ingredient to this success. For all the hard-working candidates who have consistently given their best at our full-time, part-time, and locum jobs, we want to say thank you. Pharmacy assistants who have fine-tuned the skill of serving pharmacy patients. Pharmacy Technicians and licensed Pharmacists who take great care in distributing prescriptions to patients. Pharmacy Managers who guide their pharmacies in the right direction and increase their business volume. Nurses, physicians, medical academia; the list goes on and on.
Where Next?
On top of recognizing our achievements, it’s vital that we look ahead and plan. Like American polymath Benjamin Franklin said “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!” We have every intention of working with even more healthcare facilities and pharmacies. We want to get to know even more Clients who want the help of a healthcare staffing agency. We want to become acquainted with even more high quality Candidates.
It would be great if we could bring those Candidates to even more remote pharmacy/healthcare facility locations in Canada. There are still places where more of these vital services could be provided. By The Way…
For all of our Candidates, we want you to know, in case you haven’t seen the latest posts about our vacation period, that our payroll department will not be in the office from the 21st until January 2nd, 2020. That is, during that time, we won’t be processing any Easy Bills or sending out cheques and EFTs. We endeavour to begin catching up on everyone’s pay when we come back on January 2nd.
