The countdown to Christmas and the holiday season is officially on, and on behalf of all of us here at RPI Consulting Group, we want to wish you and your loved ones a very happy holidays! With less than two weeks to go until the big day, and less than three weeks to go until 2023, we also want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your fantastic work and dedication to healthcare over the course of the last 12 months. Not only have you enriched the lives of the patients that you’re helping, you’ve made the entire RPI team proud to work with such an incredible roster of healthcare workers. Again, we can’t thank you enough, and it’s been our privilege – nay, our honour – to work with you, and we’re very much looking forward to continuing to do so in 2023!
Please note that RPI’s holiday hours will come into effect as of Friday, December 23, and are as follows:
- Friday, December 23: 9:00am – 12:00 noon (CLOSED as of noon)
- Monday, December 26 to Friday, December 30: CLOSED
- Monday, January 2: CLOSED
We will resume our regular hours on Tuesday, January 3, when we open at 9:00am.
DON’T FORGET: RPI’s Accounting team will not be processing any Easy Bill submissions or making any payments when we are closed during the holidays. Any Easy Bill submissions made to us after 12:00 noon on Friday, December 23 will be processed no earlier than Tuesday, January 3, and the earliest you will receive your payment will be approximately Thursday, January 5. PLEASE NOTE: contacting your Account Manager with questions about late payment during RPI’s holiday closure will not result in you receiving your payment earlier.
